Mr. John Blay is currently the Treasurer at the National Investment Bank Limited (NIB). He is an experienced Treasury professional with a proven track record of success in the financial and banking industry.

John has extensive experience in managing investments and is adept at developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue and reduce cost.

His knowledge and experience expanse from financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, Asset and Liability Management, Money Markets and Forex trading.

John has strong organizational and communication skills, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

He is a certified member of the ACI Financial Markets Association and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana in 2004. He holds certifications from the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities.

His Banking career started with National Investment Bank in 2011 after working with Ghana Cocoa Board’s Quality Control Division for some years.

John has extensive knowledge in banking operations, and gathered a wealth of experience in all areas of the Treasury space.
