Mr. Jamal Inkoom joined National Investment Bank Limited (NIB) in September, 2020 and is currently the Chief Information Officer.

He has over 17 years’ experience in Information Technology Management and Deployment space, spanning multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications, and consulting.

Within this period, he has implemented core banking systems, electronic banking solutions, payment platforms and other critical banking technology platforms.
Prior to joining the National Investment Bank, he worked with Millicom Cellular International (TIGO), and was very instrumental in the first-ever intelligent network deployment for telecom companies in Ghana.

He also worked in various capacities in Fidelity bank and was again, instrumental in building the core banking infrastructure, eventually becoming the Chief Technology Officer.

Jamal also worked with International Business Machines (IBM) Ghana as a consultant, and in the erstwhile Sovereign Bank as the Chief Information Officer where he built the core banking infrastructure of the bank.

He has extensive experience and proven track record in Information Technology management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategic IT Outsourcing and Business Intelligence and analytics.
