Mr. Kow Amponsah Sam has over 25 years of social entrepreneurship experience in business process outsourcing, industrial project design, engineering and implementation.

Furthermore, he is experienced in high value cash crop value chain improvement strategy, rural agricultural investment planning and strategy, Commercial plantation development & management, IT/Telecommunications Valued Added Services as well as Technology-based Security and Safety. 

 He has previously worked as a World Bank consultant on Agriculture in Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Mali. He was very instrumental in the setup of many Agro processing companies in Ghana including Ekumfi Fruits and Juices Limited.
