Ken is a farmer, business executive, investor and philanthropist. Ken is the Founder & Chairman of UIC Energy Ghana Ltd., a Ghanaian company with interests and ongoing projects in solar power generation and oil and gas. 

He is the Co-founder and President of Union International & Co. Pte. Ltd., a Singapore Company with interests in agribusiness and energy. Ken is also the Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nunya Farms Ltd., one of the largest and fastest growing commercial farm companies in Ghana. 

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA; a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
