NIB Hosts Winners of Cr8tiff Business Plan Competition

Winners of the maiden Senior High School entrepreneurship contest, Mogul Industries, and the second runner-up, Jamx (all from the Alpha Beta School) visited NIB on Wednesday 13th June, 2018 to show appreciation to the bank for sponsoring the competition.

The first runner-up position was however, annexed by Busway, from Merton International School. The contest dubbed “Cr8tiff Business Plan Competition” the first in the series held in the Greater Accra Region is aimed at sowing seeds of entrepreneurship among Senior High School students.


In his remarks, the Deputy Managing Director of NIB, Mr. Alfred George Thompson lauded Lead Afrique for the initiative saying, the concept is a noble one which will go a long way to prepare the students for the future. He however, tasked the organizers to take the necessary steps to rope in a lot more schools to ensure the benefits of the competition are widely spread.


Co-founder of Lead Afrique Mr. Michael Ohene-Effah together with the students presented a framed collage of key moments of the competition to the bank.
